It's kind of late, but I finally got the pictures posted from Pastor Allie, David and Sally's going away party from June 5th. It was a wonderful day and we had a lot of people join us for the potluck picnic at the park in Juneau. Check out the pictures at Connect - Special Services.

Guess what? Juneau is hosting another B-I-N-G-O event. It will be held on Saturday, September 17th. It starts at 6:00 p.m and ends at 8:00 p.m. We will again have a lot prizes everything from homemade jam - cards - candy - pictures and many others. We have refreshments (lemonade, water and popcorn available). Come check it out - the crew that came last time had a lot of fun.
If you've been to Juneau in the last 3 months, you will see that we have added/updated our bulletin boards that can be found around church. The first bulletin board you encounter is in the main entrance - this bulletin board has the postings of all the events that are happening in the SCM and other local communities. The next bulletin board is located in the study. Its purpose is to share all of our mission work. The next bulletin board is in the stairwell going to the basement. This one has the most recent church council notes, finance reports and the committee postings. The last bulletin boards are in the basement on the wall opposite the kitchen. We have one for the United Methodist Men, one for the Youth and one for the United Methodist Women. If you have the opportunity to be at Juneau check them out and see what's going on.
